Conceptual Homes has the pleasure of the designing and building of a popular retail unit in Swanage called Surfari.

We structurally remodelled the unit to maximise the floor space for sales and displaying stock.

The team redesigned the floor space, working with our affiliated structural engineer. 

It was a quick eight- week turnaround ready for the Easter reopening. 

Completed 2017

We decorated, installed new floors and did a light shop fit.
